Data controller: [Full name] · Contact: [email]. This notice explains how your personal data is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), art. 10.

Data we process — Identity and profile: username, initials, date of birth, gender, city, bio, interests, profile photos. Verification: Instagram username, verification selfie (deleted after review). Events and communication: events you create and join, request notes, chat and voice messages, friendships, reports and support tickets. Safety: people you block, sanction and appeal records, trusted-contact sharing links. Technical: device and push token, app version, error logs, in-app usage statistics (which screens and features are used). Purchases: subscription and credit history (payment details stay with the store and never reach us).

Purposes: creating and verifying your account; providing event creation, discovery, requests and chat; keeping the community safe (reports, moderation, preventing fake accounts); sending notifications; running purchases and quotas; meeting legal obligations (including Law No. 5651); aggregate statistics to improve the service.

Legal bases (KVKK art. 5): entering into and performing the contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest (safety and moderation), and your explicit consent for photos and similar data (separate notice).

Transfers: Data is shared with our infrastructure providers (database and hosting, notifications, error tracking and usage statistics, in-app purchases, automated checks of uploaded images); for image checks only the image itself is sent, it is not linked to your identity and the provider does not use it to train models; some are located abroad and transfers follow the safeguards in KVKK art. 9. Authorities receive data only on lawful request. Other users only see what your profile shows; your real name is never shown to any user.

Retention: Kept while your account is open. After you delete your account you can restore it within 30 days; then your data is permanently deleted. Verification selfies are deleted within 30 days of review; read notifications and expired records are purged regularly. Records the law requires us to keep (e.g. sanction and traffic logs) are kept for the legal period.

Your rights (KVKK art. 11): to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn whether it is used for its purpose, know the third parties it is shared with, ask for correction, deletion or destruction, object, and claim compensation. Download a copy in Settings > Download my data and delete your account in Profile > Settings > Account, or at sendensonra.com/account-deletion if you can't access the app. For other requests use in-app support or the contact address above; we reply within 30 days.
